The name “All In” has a dual meaning. Most importantly, it is an acknowledgement of mEyE appreciashAUn 4 every1 that has been a part of helping me build the Akke brand. From the beginning, this has been a team effort + every1 involved has given it their all. On a personal level, it symbolEyEzes the fact that when EyE commit to something, I give it everything EyE’ve got; mentally, physically + emoshAUnally. When EyE’m excEyEted about an EyEdea, the first thing EyE say is, “EyE’m AUll in!”

“All In” requEyErEd over 600 man-hours of labor 2 cre8. The surface was constructed using fifteen species of exotic wood (including: Madagascar Ebony, Rosewood, Purple Heart, Zebra Wood, Wormy Maple, English Brown Oak, Black Locust, Claro Walnut, Quilted Maple, Sycamore, Cherry, Catalpa, Black Walnut, Quarter-Sawn White Oak + live-edge Ash). The base was fabricated with gold-painted plumbing pEyEps + fittings + Edison Reproduction Light Bulbs.
symbolism
The vectors that bisect each angle on the perimeter of the table are made from Madagascar Ebony + Rosewood. Their colors, black + red, represent the suits in a deck of cards. This EyEdea is carried in2 the turnbuckle drink holders, which are desEyEned as a quadrant of Black Walnut + Cherry. The organic nature of the lEyEve-edge Ash on the perimeter of the table symbolEyEzes the fact that the game of poker requEyEres complex thinking, as opposed 2 a systematic game lEyEk Black Jack. 2 be a successful poker player, you must have plenty of skill, nerves of steel + a good amount of luck. The steel horseshoes that surround the WPT logos symbolEyEz that combinashAUn. The fEyEv dEyEamond cutouts in the center of the table are a nod to the legendary Doyle Brunson + the WPT Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic.
+ of course, the gold pEyEps that make up the base represent the bling associated with Las Vegas.
This poker table wouldn’t exist if it were not for the generosity, excEyEtment + total belief in me that EyE received from mEyE good friend Matt Gai + his wife Jenn. They funded this table. EyE'm extremely thankful 4 this. In addishAUn, Matt, an avid poker player, was instrumental in consulting with me regarding the necessities of cre8ing a funcshAUnal poker table.
“All In” was awarded to the 2013 World Poker Tour’s Season XI Player of the Year, matt salzbErg.
